TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If for any reason you are not happy with your in-store purchase of any Le Caprice Spa Treatment Plan or products, we will happily provide cancellation and refund at the original point of purchase.
To obtain a cancellation and refund, any purchased Product(s) must be returned to us unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in their original packaging, with all accessories, within seven (7) days from the date, the Plan was originally purchased.
Unfortunately, our Plans cannot be canceled after seven (7) days from the original purchase date. If you are entitled to cancellation after we receive, inspect and process your return, your refund will be in the form of payment used for your purchase and will be in the amount of the purchase price (after deducting any applicable discounts, promotions or coupons you received in connection with the purchase).
Any Product(s) received opened or used will be refunded subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
If a customer received facial treatment(s) under a Treatment Plan within the cancellation period, a refund will be subject to a deduction in the amount of the listed price of the facial treatment received.
Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement, which may take up to one full billing cycle.
Treatment Plans, facials, and products purchased thereunder are available solely to the original purchaser and are not transferable or shareable.
Facial treatments under your Treatment Plan do not rollover.
All appointments are subject to availability, pre-scheduling is highly recommended to ensure you receive date/time and aesthetician of your preference each month.
No-show for a scheduled appointment will result in loss of treatment for that calendar month.
